Work Safety in Bogota

While I was in Bogota, I agreed to help David (one of Lee’s former students) upgrade his cable antennae. Which meant climbing onto the roof of his building. This is the rickety wooden ladder that is used to get to the room. Notice the convenient placement of the roof access point, at the top of a potentially deadly staircase. Aunt Natalia would be proud.

No worries, you survived to Blog about it. Did the antenna actually help David's reception?

Still I think the power company guy in Leticia wins, no live power risk either carrying or assembling the antenna.
Of course if you could photo shop a lightning storm in the background of the install, you could win the NECA install violation.
