The teaching materials at the school are really old.The audio cds are all scratched and terrible-sounding, so the director of the school has asked Pei (Canadian), Theresa (Wisconsin), Sam (Arizona), and me to use our beautiful gringo accents to record new CDs.We’re getting paid $6.00/hr, so you could say I’m a professional (voice) actor now.Obviously, I’ve been referring to myself in the 3rd person a lot recently, as well as calling myself “the talent,” and regularly telling Juan Pablo I’ll be in my trailer.JP, of course, is our talented producer/director.
Most of the dialogues have recurring characters, although I have also done some random fun voices like Santa Claus.I usually play Bill Lawson, a friendly newscaster, who is introducing the new newscaster, Diana Anderson (Theresa), to the rest of the WEJB-TV employees.Sam plays Bruce Star, the weatherman Diane is quickly developing a crush on, and Mr. Bradley, the WEJB-TV boss.Pei plays Diane’s sister and all of the numerous secretaries.Obviously, since these materials are really old, the secretaries are all women (and the bosses are all men). What I’m really looking forward to though is the chapter on food. The male characters warn female characters not to eat too much candy and ask female characters to describe their kitchens. That one should be a lot of fun to record.

Think "Grammy". Also consider what a legacy you're leaving.
this could be the career boost you have been waiting for. Move to Hollywood. Do voice over work. Forget that Business degree.
